Carl has over 20 years experience in management, accounting and financial services in various industries, including senior executive experience as Chief Financial Officer of a Caribbean bank and, more recently, a technology company.  Carl's problem solving attitude helps him deal with any professional challenges he faces. His passion for management, accounting, finance and efficiency led him to found Tandem FDS.

​Carl obtained his MBA in 2002 and holds a Chartered Accountant designation. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt holder and also holds the Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) designation. He brings his commitment to financial excellence to all of his client dealings.

Zoe has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, delivering financial analysis and accurate, timely reporting for management in various industries including Technology and Construction.

Challenging perceived ideas and continuously initiating improvement through effective process control and financial systems development is what drives Zoe to succeed. 

​Zoe obtained her ACMA designation in the UK in 2010 with the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts and brings commitment, diligence, and a pro-active attitude to every financial service she provides.
