Carl has over 20 years of experience in management, accounting and financial services in various industries, including senior executive experience as Chief Financial Officer of a Caribbean bank and, more recently, a technology company.  Carl's problem solving attitude helps him deal with any professional challenges he faces. His passion for management, accounting, finance and efficiency led him to found Tandem FDS.

​Carl obtained his MBA in 2002 and holds a Chartered Accountant designation. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt holder and also holds the Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) designation. He brings his commitment to financial excellence to all of his client dealings.
